Does anybody make a external adjustable air/fuel mixture screw for the 400ex??

i have a dial a jet if anyone wants to buy it. 45 dollars, it is like new.

So with the dial a jet you are just changing the settings on the main jet right. You still need to get your piolt and needle setting correct. Or did I read the info. wrong. For anyone who has used this does it work or is it better to do it the old fashion way.
