tie rods

my front end is out of wack on my 400EX and i would like to know how to adjust/check my tie rods to make sure they are good...can anyone tell me how?

to adjust your ty rods you have to lossen the retaing nuts on each side of the rod enough so you can spin your rod in either direction a cxouple turns, if you are in front of your machine and you tighten the rod on the top mount it will cause you to toe in, if you losen it you will be toe out. dont tighten either ty rod until they are both even angles when the bars are streight.
