When I try to play Xbox live I get this message, what dose it mean? How can I solve this. I went to the site already and I did what it said.

No DNS server adresses were recived from the DHCP or PPPoE server. Enter the DNS Server(s) provided by your ISP in the network settings menu.

also test your connection and see where your problem is at. click the auto settings button

Bump, I rather not call anyone and my settings are on auto.

umm i think the only people know what that message means are the people at 1-800-4my-xbox

Are you runnin thru satellite internet cus when i had x box live on my old x box i used to get that message all the time and i have satellite internet.

is it dsl? if so i had that pro....u switch i think advanced setting to on or sumpthin and type in ur name and pass work to broadband connection.....whats what i did and it worked
