Safety required for magazines?

I have a couple of sick pictures of my buddy doing indo's or stoppies or whatever, but he's not wearing a helmet. The only pics I see in magazines everyone is wearing helmets. Is this a requirement to make the cut? Or will the performance out weigh the lack of safety gear.

it's just like this site.. if you don't have a helmet on they won't show your picture.. ;)
