im wanting to rebuild my top end on my 400. I have a hot cam stage 2. instead of getting a stock piston and stock valves, will i get more of a power gain to go with the high performance piston and vavles, springs and guids to go with my cam?

a good piston will definitally compliment the cam well. for the valves to have any effect it requires more mods than just replacing the valves. You could go with a high quality, longer lasting kibble white black diamond valve. Oversized valves would only give you and increase if you ported the head and possibly went with a larger carb. The springs and retainers are not need for that cam but would be a good investment if you plan on going to a more wild grind cam in the future.

alright dude thanks a lot it really helped i gonna order that stuff soon. but what about an axle, i want to get a +1 or +2 axle i was thinking about durablue with the hubs. they always say you can adjust to what size you want. does this mean its gonna be a weak axle?
