back fire when starting

every once and a while my quad will backfire when i start it when its warmed up.it will back fire then start up.i have the baffle removed, adjustable air screw at 2 turns out and a 45 pilot jet.could i be a little rich on start up?

are u sure u r not touching the throttle when u r starting it. i think i touched the throttle when i started mine the other day, it backfired, and then started right up
