06 starting

I am looking for a larger battery (more amps) for my 06 450r, anyone have any suggestions. I am looking for something extremely close to the same size, I don't want to have to cut my battery box. I race XC and the 06 doesn't start quick enough.

well no one is making a replacement so far and the stock one could not be smaller. I had my stocker and it was slow starting so i went up to honda and got a new one and well i dont race xc but it starts a lot better.

Pappy said there is no battery the same size as the stocker that has more CCA. Check the date on your battery, if it's real old, go get a new one, that should help...
