Can someone explain what all the adjustment are and do? or somewhere were i could read up on?

Your manual has some adjustment discriptions, but basicaly-
Top adjustmet is compression (shock comming up,front end going down) turning in toward H makes it stiffer
Bottom adjustment is rebound (shock extending out,or how fast you bike comes back up) turning in slows it down.
Ride is more plush when compression is soft and rebound is slower- but is rider preference!
