my foreman smokes

its 05 foreman 500tm,about 2 months old,with approxamitly 30-40 hours from new(im 1st owner).i ride it pretty hard but have not gone in lots of mud or watrer.when i've riden it till its nice and warm it starts smokin blueish smoke when i rev it or pin it.could someone tell me whats wrong and how i can fix it?

can anybody help me please?also sometimes when it idles and u speed up a little it skips once and knocks and run fine again,that happens every now and then,and usually before its warm.

does it run strong after its warmed up (bump)

it runs just as strong,and at deacceleration when i speed up again theirs like one puff of blue smoke,but it still runs fine and strong.any info or help would be GREATLY appreciated.
