I just got my 40 pilot jet today and was looking throught the Honda Service manual, at the carb lay out chart where it says all the little stuff like the main jet and stuff.... When i was looking at the lay out i couldn't find the pilot jet and the close thing i could find that looked like it was a slow jet.. Is the slow jet just another name for the pilot jet???
If not where is the pilot jet located and where in the manual is it????
thnaks a lot

Yes, it actually is your slow jet. The pilot screw, which you don't change is the one on the bottom, front middle of the carb. The slow jet which is the one you change is the one closest to the main jet on bottom of carb inside the float bowl area. Hope I haven't confused you !
Make sure the jets look the same as far as where the threads are and a little flare on the end that goes into the carb. The 40 slow jet is probably
a little longer, only difference.
