stock compression

anyone know stock comp on a 88 250r i have 118 psi. cold.... trying to solve a hard starting problem.......:( :( :(

my completely stock 89 top end with new piston and rings reads about 175-180psi, any lower than about 150-155 and top end needs work, but I wont usually let it get that low
