I just installed my new HMF slip on, I put a 125 main jet in but it seems to cut out on the top end. I am going to go bigger but not shure what to go to?? Im asking what you guys run with a slip on, or what you would suggest???

Anything will help, thanks 450_16

is the airbox open? filter?
i have an open airbox and uni filter with just the hrc end cap and i am up to a 160, and it probably could stand to be a little bigger

165 main, and check clip position (3-4th from top) assuming you have 04-05 model.

Aye you're way too lean. That's why it's dropping off. A 300ex with pipe, filter, no lid runs a 132 main.

I would guess that you should be in the 150+ range as the above guys have stated. Shows you just how corked up the lawyers make those things. ;)

I run an HMF slip on, UNI and no lid, Im now at 180 main, 50 pilot, and the clip on the needle all the way down (5th position) These are a little rich too to compensate for the really cold weather up here in the NE.
