Im sure some people are way past this point in figuring out the site, but if you havn't, go to user cp, then edit options, then check the yes box under "show a pop up box when a pm is recieved". It's just convenient if you need to get ahold of somebody fast and thats the only way....That way you'll know when you have pm's.

yes, but what he's saying is that you can set it so a pop comes up and tells you, only well browsing the site though...

Mine doesn't allow a new window to open either but if you click on cancel (second pop up notice) it'll bring you directly to your pm box. All you have to do after that is go back a page if you were in the middle of reading a thread ;)

Old thread, But once again I have found it necessary to let some people know about it. Plus, it's like christmas whenever that little box pops up. You never know what you're gonna get:p

Yeah, I'm really disappointed that it came down to it, but money is money and I've got to replace it somehow. I can't afford to have it just sitting here, or believe me, I would....Id just winderize it, take the tires off, and store it for a few years. I'd really love to sell it whole because it's a shame that it's going to waste, but nobody seems to want it, even for $3k. I've still got the whole bike, just in boxes.....still hopin somebody will show up wanting to buy it and put it back together:ermm: I actually felt some emotion when taking it down to bare bones. I can almost garuntee that a few years down the road when I've got some money to work with that i'll be kicking myself in the arsse that I let it go, cause a while from now....a nice 250r will be very hard to come by. I sure hope this yfz is worth it:confused:

yeah i hope it is for you.ive never ridden a yfz.The only yamaha ive ever ridden is a warrior, after that i swore id never stray from honda again.by the way did u ever get your katana going?

lol, i've ridden pos yamahas and believe me, the yfz is the only yamaha quad i would even get close to and so far it's been ok, but it's still not red lol. And as far as the katana.....nope:mad: I'm done fiddling with it. If I can't figure out how to hook up a freakingg gas line, then I shouldn't be workin on it. I'll just pay somebody $45 and hour to tell me that there's a kink in the hose somewhere or something stupid like that.
