Well i once again had another encounter with The helping hand of law enforcement.

I was comming home from school on my "new" Gsx-r600 and of course i was flying on the highway like anyone would do with a bike of that nature. But i get on my back roads to get to my house off in the sticks, and there is cinders everyware so i couldnt go above 35mph. There is a blind hill that you need to go up and over only say 1/4 mile from my homestead. Anyway there was a police officer parked on my side of the road facing my direction no lights or sirens nothing that would indicate there being a danger ahead. so i had to vear off the road crashing the bike and the cop looked in his mirror and just drove off......wow...

That really sucks. Is their alot of damage done to your bike? I used to live down in the Lansdale area. I know how bad the cops suck in that area!

If you were speeding it was your own fault and he probably sees kids all the time killing them selves on those bikes.

did you even read his post? and it shouldnt matter how fast he was going its his job to care. i dont really know how you know he looked in his rear view mirror though. i dont see how you coudl possibly be that close. you coudl allways call up the police office and file a complaint though.

yeah i know how you feel. one time my truck died while i was driving, and i was pusing it off the road, to get it on the side to have some one come tow me home, and a cop drove right by me. he didn't stop and ask if i needed help, hit his brakes or anything.

Im not arguing with you, but I just cant believe if the cop really saw you slide down and go into someones yard, he wouldnt stop.
Maybe you thought you saw him look, or maybe he looked but his mirror was tilted up some and he didnt see you.

theres no way he saw you man. its a bummer but he would have stopped because he could lose his job and it isn't worth it.

There's probably 3 possible explanations to what happened........

1. - He is just a straight up @ss hole and didn't care.
2. - The donut shop was closing in 5 minutes. :p
3. - He actually didn't see you. :ermm:

can you take pics of him driving away, or him looking in the mirror like you claim to have seen him do. How did you see him looking at you while you were busy laying your bike down? Your story holds no water with me.

All i can say is i dumped my bike doing 20 and $1,000 dollars later(parts at cost) i am finishing it up. so if you were doing 35 you should have just a little more damage. Good luck on a fast recovery and fast rebuild.

If the cops by you are anything like the ones around here, then I believe you. If he swerved out of the way when you passed him then he probably did double check to see if anything happened...
