I just get a 400ex and it did not get a owners manual with it well I need to change to oil this weekend can soem one help me out and tell me how much oil to put in it. Also is the a trick to putting it in all of my old quad you could just poor it in the side of the motor it did not have that seperate thing.

i know there is a post on here that tells u step by step how to change oil,anyways a 400ex takes 2qts. and make sure u change your filter as well!
make sure u let oil drain from drain plug,where the oil filter is and the bolt by the foot peg,lol i think its to the tranny?some1 can go into details or use the search button and find the step by step instructions...it will tell u everything u need to know!
