Im getting it for throtle response, power, and not having to re jet.

And without re-jetting should i run it without the airbox lid?

you maaaaaaaaaay have to think about rejetting...the guys at the dealership make it run perfect STOCK not w/ slipon pipes and no airbox cover.

get the pipe....but you will have to check your jetting.
thou shalt re-jet or thou may melt thy piston!
I loved my T4 slipon...
Trying to run it without the airbox lid on stock jetting is not the way to go.. Your going to be seriously lean..

My bike is stock except for the slip on. I called Pro Curcuit up and they said no jetting will be needed, but i went ahead and put a 158 main jet in there just in case.

20 pipes tested with re-jet, Curtis Sparks winner 2nd place goes to White Bro.s E-Series with only .2 of a hp behind 2/10 of 1 hp this was all done with a dyno . Go to atvnews.com then project quads then pipe shootout.......pretty impressive and the ones you think are good are"nt really

I would rejet take airbox lid off and get a K&N filter then you will notice even more power and better throttle responce.
