On a 400EX, do you use the stock bearings in the Elka linkage?
It didn't look like they would fit....
Anyone running one on their 400EX?

Found the answer....OEM all the way baby!

they originally had a delron? bushing and it sucked. since converting to oem they havent had any problems.

I think I have the bushing thingy....it just looks like a charcoal ring.....I think I might switch it out to the OEM.
when we raced my 400 we used the oem bearings

the oem bearings on my 400ex slid right out and right into the elka link

I have the elka bushing things in there now......what about those....pound them out...

no idea, when i got my elka link they slid right in without having to do anything, maybe put a pic of yours up on here, when i got my elka link it just had 2 metal sleeves and you slid the stock bearings in
