Here are some pictures of my DASA pipe when new. I glass beaded it and then rode it for about 10 minutes. I like the new finish.
The first is new, the next 2 have been glass beaded

Have you ever topped you 450R out to see what the exact top speed is with all the mods you have on it? I'm installing the 13:1 JE piston along with a Rossier short can and I'm trying to get an idea on what my top speed will be. And I'm guessing from reading your signature that 110 leaded purple gas is what I should be running after the upgrades are done. Thanks for the help.

Unless you have changed the gearing and or the rev limiter ,you will have the same top speed as before. But you will get there alot faster.

So the Vortex and Dyna are the best two CDI rev boxes to go with I'm guessing. I was looking at a Janssen Super Hi-Rev CDI box on E-bay that said it produces an extra 2000 RPM's. Have you ever heard of that one and is it any good? Or should I stick with a Vortex or Dyna? Thanks for the help.

Never heard of it. Stick with a proven unit.
