printer gone wild

ok, i had to print out a xls file and i cant get it to stop printing:grr:

ive tried everything, cancelled all documents etc in the printer folder, you name it

ive reloaded this damn thing like 20 times and she still keeps on printing blank pages.

im not a computer guy, so be gentle but tell what i can do besides shoot this damn thing!:mad:

tried that, even rebooted the pc.

it took me giving it a knock on the head, works fine now:p
