I want more power out of my quad without boring it out, is there anyway i could do that? I have a pipe jet kit airfilter prefilter and no lid.

Other than that.. I'd just look at upgrading the quad. Performance vs. $$$ at that point goes down the drain.

now you see why every 1 says to get a 300ex or a 400ex over a 250 because they have SO much more options.

id say go for a cam or even a bigger carb if thats an option

42mm flatside carb gave me a big boost. I used a quicksilver carb for a 400ex. It is a nice carb, very easy to adjust abit pricey but you can find them used for around 150 to 180.
