Over the summer I put on a slip-on and fitler, and put in a 180 main, and moved the clip down to the bottom. Winter time rolled around and it started like crap! Changed the pilot finally to a 50, and played with the mixture screw. Fires first kick every time now even at like 10 below zero!

the cold air in winter time condenses the air more creating a need to lean out the bike. what i did was put my hrc stlye lid back on my box and my occasional stalling issue is fixed ;)

Is yor airbox lid on or off? with thelid off--Your jetting should be a 50pilot, 2.5-3 turns out on the mix. screw, Needle in the 3rd from top, and a 170-175 main. What main do you have in now?
