I finished I lot of races, Kim Kunley finished alot of races. ROnnie try taking care of your quad and it will take care of you. Why is it I never had all the problems you did?

This weekend no riding as usaul but we had a track hoe( big bucket) dump truck and a bob cat to do some work at splinter creek, and this week we got all the same equipment plus a dozer to help us out, we are going for a totally new course, a little supercross , a little TT/Flat track with some sand added and some old school in the woods plus the whoops for the MX crew.
Its going to be awesome and all will be used at the scramble race this year as well.

You could put those guys on trycycles and they would still win Johnny and you know it.

Look at RC , Bubba and Jerramie MCgrath. They have been on almost every make of bike there is and have won on them all. So I don't think its what yu ride as much as it is the rider.

Hate to say it guys but I am with Geoff. I would trade my Honda for a Yamaha in a heartbeat if I had the chance. The Honda just dont feel right to me....even after about 8 races. Got the vids. thanks. The guys out here think we are nuts for riding so fast in the trees. The first question they asked is "Not you hit the trees going that fast?" I in my smart way said know. The trees move out of the way if they see you coming that is why every one is yelling. :D

Just got back from Highlandville, it was a blast! Really cold on the first lap, but after that it was alright. We did hour 1/2 harescramble instead of the traditional 2 45 minute motos. I got arm pump really bad. Track got kinda slick half way through with the snow. I'm ready to go again!

I got 2nd in B:D :D:macho I got a sweet trophy, a t-shirt, and a gift certificate wich i gave to Tim because i can't use it. The track was great, it got pretty rough out there. Hopefully I can find a ride to the last HBGP since Dj won't be racing it.:(

Just one mistake after another :( I was last off the line AGAIN , got into the woods passed 2 people came into a bottle neck with a B rider got hung up good , Got took off ran into some else blocking the trail make it threw that an catch the train that is my class only to get stuck by someone else hung up ????? Thats about how my whole day went . I just dont do well without my support crew Monica around :huh I ended up 6th an 25th overall Overdressed overheated an sucked @$$ My handlebars came apart from my stem An No Aaron Burrows to help (My other support member lol) But if it matters I had fun :D I need a + tall stem bad :mad:

I`ve been trying to sell it for you Are they fatbar clamps ? I need a honda stem . The guy I bougth my quad from had 2+ trail tech risers on it there junk I cart wheeled the quad the last hillbilly race an an now they keeping vibrating lose from the stem going everywhere in your hands They had a good 1/2 inch of play in them after yesterdays run up an down back an fourth an side ways Man my shoulders an an arms hurt today from it .I think after flipping it It pulled the inner threads apart an dont stay tigth an my stem is tweaked to the rigth big time from the last hillbilly . I just wanted to go racing this weekend did it an had fun :devil:

Johnny I think my YFZ has more laps on it then your last three quads combind. So I wouldn't be saying to much bad about the quad. Besides it seems to be breaking more now then the quad.

Now for are tweenie group of kids all I have to say is you have no garentees your going to live to be my age.

Man it sucks to think that DJ, DEVON, YURIC. You guys weren't even alive when I started to race. :(

You can always move down to senior, that is the greatthing about running senior , you can start high and still be legal by moving down later, that is one of the advantages of being old.:D

Geoff, I would like to race the stock class to. I might wait a year or so and just race stock all the time to save my money for more important things. As for now I think I should stay in the A class at least for 2 more years but I like stock class. I dont mind getting beat up..................that much:) I will maybe see you in stock in a couple years. Maybe by then there will be a couple diff stock classes b/c right now there are a lot of diff skill levels in that one class but not enough numbers to divide it and I dont know how long I want to afford all the shocks and crap. I gotta save for retirement!!:D

I know what your talking about Johnny and something will come your way it always does right, thats awesome that your going to try and make the GNCC's for the kids , that really is, me and shep were just talking about the kids racing and all just like you so dont feel alone ole boy.

Side note:

We just made a big 4ft x 5 ft orange banner saying KTM KIDS and Mason Kershaw district 18 champ.
He is 7 years old and a member of splinter creek also and will be racing the KTM Kids at supercross this weekend, it is a once in a life time chance because of age and you have to be good and carry a good grade average.
Were really excited this will be our 7th year in a row.

Also everyone wish our own little racer Tyler Shep happy B-Day.

Scott your right those are the classes you have to have. But there was nothing said about having more classes. After all we have more classes at the March of Dimes race., Burkhart has other classes, MoDirt has other classes. So, could it be that some promoters might find out there is a problem and then deside to have other classes that work better along with the classes that we have to have?

Sometimes the answer is already there and one should not spend so much time trying to find problems that arn't really there.

I have a feeling that the bike guys might find out all the problems before we get to the quads racing.
