Honda 250ex Exaust pipe help!

I just bought a exaust pipe for my Honda 250ex and i k&n filter for my atv and im wondering if using my headpipe stock wil work fine with it without losing power and if there are any other upgrades that arent to expensive i can make?

Stock head pipe's fine if u bought a slip on, if u bought part of a full system it wont fit on the stock head pipe. Make sure to rejet ur carb too (buy jet kit or ask the exhaust dealer what jet they recommend), remove ur air box lid and if u want take the choke out of the carb it'll give u a little extra power.
