breaking in new boots

Anyone have home remedies for breaking in new boots? Besides riding in them...

Fill the tub half way with warm water and stand in the tub. Just walk in them as much as possible

I like the tub too, but this is my way of knocking the new off a pair of boots.

Get your water as hot as possible, drop boots on thier sides (lay them down) for 1/2 hour. step 2... put your best bootsocks on, fill your boots again with hot water, put the boots on while standing in the tub, remembering to buckle them good and snug. Get yourself outside and wash every bike, quad, car, and truck you have, and while you are at it, sweep the darn garage out :D.

This is my favorite way, and quickest that I've tried. Good luck. Bill
