I guess no more than around 75 bucks for a nice one......I have a 400EX carb that is like new that I might even trade

I think you would just be better off just putting the 400 carb on there. If you get it jetted right it should be fine. That way if you ever get some motor work done you wont have to get one then and you will just have to rejet.
