Exhaust Repacking??

How often should you repack your exhaust? IS there a better repacking company than others? I know that FMF and white brothers makes repack but does anyone else maybee sparks or LRD which is the exhaust i will be repacking along with a big gun!

i heard about a company called racetools that makes packing for exhausts from a member here.. i got one for my e series and they are awesome. they come ready to install... no cutting or stuffing packing in, SO easy to install
