Anyone got pics of black plastic on there ex. Specially with a race front, but regular front works to. And if so does it scratch easy or not?

Maiers has or had a black matte finish which doesn't scratch as easy. The glossy finish reminds me of a waxy plastic. You could probably gouge it with your fingernail.

I have the Maier silver on my 400ex, it looks good at first- its high maintenance, cracks easily, shows scratches and rub marks easily, I only wished Honda would offer silver in O.E products and I'm always tightening up the front fender bolts even w/ blue lock-tight on them

I have black gloss Maier plastic and I dumped it over messing around in silt sand and it scratched like I slid it over pavement. :ermm: I'm in PA. Where does it get warm around Feb. 2nd.?

I've got the black matte maier plastic on my ex. It still scratches like other plastic but hides it a lot better than gloss black. I have race front too. Its all for sale. Ill see if I can dig up a pic on my laptop here. Front race, rear plastic, klotz graphics, and klotz seat cover and red tank cover. $225 shipped
