View Full Version : ''green'' stuf, what is it ?

hi

on other forums they talked about a product for cleaning called ''green''. i'd like to shine my motor and they said it worked very well. so what is the full name for the thing ? does it hurt plastic or rubber ? and where can i find it ?

'Simple Green' maybe? It should be available most anywhere, it's very common down here anyway:p

I've never seen it here (Ontario), but I've never really looked for it.

I can't see that a polishing agent would hurt plastics or rubber.

ive went threw bottles of the stuuf with no problems... cleans great too

thats the name green stuff. i buy it at a local car dealer. they get it in 55 gal drums. its the chit! next time i go to my dads i will get the contact number off my bucket.

I work at a dealership and we have the "green stuff" you are talking about and yes it is actually called Green Stuff. We get it from Car Chem, a dealer of car detailing chemicals. Green Stuff is the **** and works very well for deep cleaning. What are you trying to clean?

If you know about Green Stuff, chances are you know about the other chemicals (Body Sol, Max Clean, AC Acid Cleaner, Show Shine, Cover Up, etc.)

i work at a heavy truck dealership and we use fireball red to clean off just about anything, we get it in 55gal drums and pump in to graden chemical sprayers and it works awsome same stuff as simple green but it is red
