400EX Carb on 300EX jetting

does anyone know where I should be for a starting point for this....the 300EX has a white brothers full exhaust, a K & N Filter and holes punched in the airbox lid...it is a 10 over Pro X piston....this is a project I started months ago and finally getting it to the point of going to start the motor..thanks for any help...I believe the carb is the older 35mm 400EX...not the newer 38mm

i have a little bit bigger motor but i think im running a 162 main,a 44 pilot and a dyno jet needle in the 3 pos.i think i got my baseline off a past post by "DORK".im pretty sure it was close for me.do a search:)

On my daughter's 330 with TC race cam she runs a 400ex carb 160 mj and 38 pilot and 2.5 turns out on the mix screw. Unless you are running a 330 kit or bigger I would recommend you staying with the stock carb.

ok thanks maybe I'll just stick with the stocker.....and sell the 400EX
