I dunno if I'd want to, I would for trail riding, but not racing people, the whole reson I opened up my stock silencer was cuz when I was ridin on the track with guys with aftermarket exhaust, I couldn't hear my quad, so I would'nt shift right. With music goin I'd prob have the same prob again..Maybe not?

I used my Ipod Shuffle riding my sled this year. You can hear it fine over a screaming motor. I wouldn't really suggest it though,my ears were ringing pretty bad afterwards.

I have a MotoMP3. Its especially made for this. It mounts to your helmet and has mini speakers that mount inside the ear holes of your helmet with double sided tape. I would be too nervous riding with my 20g ipod. I only use it when i'm riding alone, though, cause you can't hear other riders very well.
