air pump

hey does any one no of an air pump that will fit in a six pack rack. i dont want a co2 cartidge ones. i want one that hooks up to a 12 volt battery like in a 4 wheeler. thanks.

check at walmart, they've got some pretty small ones just like you describe. i've got one and it works great. i don't haul it on my quad, but it would most definitely fit where you're talking about. also, for a good manual pump, check the bicycle section for a very small, thin pump that is easy to carry around. it's about 12" long, but about an inch in diameter.

Kmart has the smallest one I've seen, and it has a built in gauge. It's about 10-12 bucks...

Note: One great thing about the CO2 cartridge system is that if you have a hole or leak in a tire, and can not find it, the CO2 quickly fills the tire up for you to possibly find the leak or hole. Problems I find with just a pump is that it does not put a lot of air in it, or you have to keep pumping and try to listen to help locate the leak or hole.
