Youll need 1/8" washers on each side of the mounts

400ex a arms will fit my r, I tried to measure the frames and it didn't even look close, will 450r a arms fit my 250r

400ex arms will bolt directly on a 250R.The only diff is the mounts are 1/4" shorter(where the bolts go thru at the frame)on the EX.You use them by puting 1/8 thick washers on each side of the arm mounts.The 450R is slightly narrower than the EX and the R between the mounting tabs on the frame.It would be hard to get them on an R
