does anyone know how to get to the brownsville area? and / or is it "non-local" friendly? i.e. can i park without aquiring a ticket? ThanX

Go on the fourms at http://www.paatving.com/ someone will tell you where to go. I live 15min from brownsville, I ride the railroad tracks to there so I have no idea were to park in brownsville.
