hoosier tires help

Ok this might be a stupid question. but the hoosier quad tire says that it is 59x10x10 how tall exactly is that. I am getting 18" fronts and i dont want something that is going to be huge on the rear. Any help would be great. Thanks

hoosier measures their tires by circumfrence (sp) 59 inches is about the same as an 18 inch tire. If I remember right.
