Adding a picture

I cant seem to add pictures to my posts or replies. even after i shrink the size of them, can somebody please help or point me to a previous post with instructions. Thank's

What does it say when you try to post the pic(as the reason it wont let you?)

My guess is its still to big OR its not a valid file extension

well the picture is 430 x 514, jpeg, 121kb.

well what do you know, it worked..... that is my daughter Ali, with her TT quad. it has been clocked at 54.8 MPH.
