ooo , i dont think thats good

My mom has a 93' suzuki 230E auto clutch and when i was washing it the other day i noticed some grease or lube had been leaking frome where the head pipe meets the tail pipe. doesnt that mean the case is cracked? help!

Is that a four stroke? If it is maybe it's oil getting past the rings and collecting in the exhaust system, Do you notice it smoke at all when first firing up or during operation? This is my guess !
