I hate that track, its wore out and there are so many trails it gets hard to tell where to go and you see people taking shortcuts ( or cheating the way I see it ) then at the end the protests start. I went the last 2 years but will not be there this year. Also seems they promote alot for the bikes to race but not very many quads for it to be a 3 sanction race. But anyway Good Luck to you who go :macho

This sounds more like New Hope than Maplesville.

You are correct this year and the winter race last year....however...years past New Hope was a triple sanction race.

I heard numero uno Bill Ballance was there......pretty big treat for midsouth riders/spectators. Unfortunate for the other Pro's there racing for 2nd place

I would have liked to go, but I couldn't get off work:mad:. I had a couple of my buddies go, though. One popped a tire a mile into the race, and the other couldn't get his 250r cranked.:scary:

But, I didn't go the entire weekend without riding...lol. I put my 18's and 20's on and took second at the Cullman indoor arenacross race:macho :D

I heard that too. I doubt he will stay with them, though.

We thought about going to the arena cross to watch, but we had a long drive back home. It looked like there was a huge turn out at the arena.

Man, don't get me started on that! I started to get claustraphobic from all the people there:blah: :p The stands were completely filled, with people standing 3 rows deep around the rail. It was a mess.

We have a local arena cross, but it is nothing like that. I bet the arena they have it in isn't half the size of that one. That should tell you how ig the track is, most of the time it isn't wide enough for a quad to pass.

I saw that.....what the hec is he thinking riding a 2 wheeler  I'd hate to see him get hurt riding one of those and not be 100% when it comes time to defend his ATV #1 plate and go for 7 championships in a row:macho
