I went from stock bore to a 440 with 11 to 1 compression and fully ported head with 1mm intake valves. i got a cam coming in also. anyways what should i do for jets i dont know whats in it now cause i never changed them since i got it. but when i take it out i run a little choke like quarter the way and it runs fine. before it ran a little rich but not much but when i held it around quarter throttle it would sputter alot. i never done jetting before so i have no clue on what size jets to get.

i would start at about a 165-170 main, 42 or 45 pilot. start there adn you can tweak. on my 426 i run a 178 main and a 45 pilot on race fuel. for pump gas i run a 170 main with a 42 pilot. this is with a K&N with no lid. when i had my uni filter i ran a 165 main.

ok now where do i get jets like buy them one at a time other then buy a crap load at once. i got a yamaha dealer close to where i live .does yamaha use khien carbs or however u spell it. and another question im running right around quarter choke and it runs fine but if i had it jetted correctly i should get more power out of it cause of better airflow right?
