E-series / Jetting????

I am putting on an E-Series slip-on for now with a K&N with outerwear , I live on the east coast of Fla . any ideas on jetting?????????

I live near Chicago, and had the same set-up. I used a 155 main, which seemed to do the trick.

i live in Southern Cal and I'm running a 155 main, 42 pilot and 3rd notch on the needle.
