hi i got a new 450r bumper off ebay for like 14.00$ shipped. i put it on my 440ex and it looks great! it is very light you wont believe how light it is and how heavy the stock one is when you get one in each hand. the alluminum really makes it look trick and must of took off 2-3 pounds. i also rejetted took off the choke adjusted the throttle cable so it gets full throttle. took off all the parking brake unit and last took off the muffler cap and using a long drillbit like 12" drilled about 6-8.. 1/4'' holes in the baffle plate to relieve the backpressure and it runs great!!! just chimin in late:) :D  :eek2:

Just wondering here, you have a 440ex, and a stock pipe? (just curious)

I was thinking about posting something like this, any little things/cheap things you can do to the 400ex to make it a bit nicer, etc. Like taking the air box lid off, remove the parking brake, remove choke, drilling holes in the pipe, removing the spark arrestor, changing to lighter parts.

Anyone else have some ideas?
