Drill a few holes on each side of the crack. Then put a few zip ties in the holes and strap them up.

Depending on how bad the crack is you will have to decide for yourself what to do, I have been stiching my fender here for a while, but the mounts are pretty much torn off now so I have to buy new plastics...

I have never tryed this, but I wouldn't want to fiberglass plastic, because the plastic will flex, and fiberglas is reletiviley stiff, and won't slex like the plastic would, and it would just crack again.

The best way would be to plastic weld it. Or if you don't have acces to a plastic welder then you will have to stich it like Rip_Tear said, You can use zip ties, thin wire, whatever works.
