250r Plastic ( gotta answer, big help)

will 250r plastics fit on my 05 450R with no problems or lil modifcations? anyone post pics or coments or suntin cuz i wanna buy new 250r platics cuz its really hard to find nice aftermarket platics for my 450

do u really thing that aftermarket 250r plastics will bolt onto a 450r with no/little mods...... correct me if i am wrong but they make different plastics for different models for a reason.

friend of mine did it. he had to do some modification to it but it did work and looked good.

ive looked into it alot, but i never wanted to make the effort to do it

basically

you will need to weld all new taps to fit the front and rear fenders, and to accomodate a 250r tank (because we all know a 450r tank is way different than the old r)

besides that, the 250r top frame rails have a much flatter angle to them, and the 450r frame has a more angled edge to them

so, if you did mount the old r stuff on the new r, it would be at a weird angle

just keep ur new r and get a 250r will be easier but if u do it get pics good luck
