Winter rebuild

Im doing pretty much a complete rebuild on my R so far the frame is all stripped down and currently being guesset and sandblasted then it will be out to the powdercoater frame is going to be trans red, a-arms and swingarm in silvervien, other parts are razr mx tires, asv levers andilized red, nacs kicker and waterpump cover andilized red, new seat cover old ones ripped, new filter, new topend, prodesign coolhead, and others to come your just gonna have to wait and find out also if i sell my snowmobile ill be looking in hipers with red rings all aroud, long travel front end, new rear shock, and aftermarket radiator ill keep you updated with pics my frame should be done sometime next week here are some pics incase any of you havnt seen my R already

Thats a nice 250r. As soon as I get mine, its getting torn down, motor rebuilt, and everything PC'd.

Who is doing your powdercoating? And what color is that? It looks like aluminum - I want to do my a-arms that color.

Yea, who did the gusseting? Also are those propeg mounts that you got made? What longtravel a-arms you going to buy. I'm rebuilding my R too. I'm gettin WALSH a-arms and stem, just got PEP ZPS front shocks, a -1 LSR Swingarm, race cut fenders, new quad-tech hood, gonna get blue ringed Hipers on Razr Mx's, Tag T2's,everything Quad-Tech, rear Axis or Pep shock, all levers and pedals top notch, etc.., frame needs gusseting and pc, who did yours?

Basically make my dream R.. Then race it in MX and Flattrack/TT, then do a crf or 450R all Walsh..

guys i had to hold out on the long travel for now, but i got over 1000$ in other parts that i really needed, i should take pics of the parts i have now but im going to go pic the frame up tomarrow it will be candy red and the a-arms are silvervien and for the guessets i did them myself looking at beerocks frame, and yes i added a propeg mount, i will get pics of the project going back together as well which i will most likely have pretty much back to looking like a R this weekend
