i was browsin the bay and found this. im lookin to purchase an elliptical but i saw this. which do you think is better/more effective. im looking for rapid weight loss so im gonna use the thing for like an hour a day.

my friends mom has one, but it's pretty boring, we tilted it on a 35 degree angle and then I tried using it, it was interesting. It's almost like walking, with no knee bending, I'd suggest an exercise bike instead, much better.
