400ex brakes?

i just had new pads put on like 2 weeks ago,now my rear brake lever seems to b sticking when i press it....its stiff and once i press it,it feels like its stuck down
my brakes still work if i press them hard enough,but its a pain
and there is still brake fluid in it
any help?

maybe try bleeding the brakes?

ill try that,my shop put the new pads on and they did it all(i figured) while i was at work 1 day....is there anything else this could b?and what is the proper way to bleed brakes?thanks
