Pappy,

In your opinion, what yellow powdercoat most closely matches the stock Honda yellow, and where can I get it? Thanks!

i will look thru some color charts to see what i can find. none of the hobby powder suppliers carry anything that really matches, although golden yellow with clear is close (www.eastwood.com) morton sent me some new color chips and if i find something better i will post it for ya.

Thanks Pappy. I just got my equipment and I'm anxious to give it a try. You do cure the color coat before applying the clear right?

yes, with clears over most powders, you want to cure the base color for 15 to 20 minutes AFTER the part temperature reaches 375. then remove the part, allow it to cool to around 150 degrees then apply the clear. place back in the oven and cure for 25 minutes after part temp reaches 375
