Hydralic Front Blaster Brakes?

I race a 2000 Blaster in XC and the front brakes really suck. I was wondering if you could take the front hydralic front brake system off a 2003-2006 Blaster and put it on mine. Would everything bolt right up? Thanks

Can I keep my rims or will I have to get new Blaster rims?

you can keep your wheels. the blaster front wheels are the same pattern as all yamaha sport quads and polaris predator

no problem! if you want new wheels, look for a set of yfz/predator front wheels, they are 4+1 offset, and they are rolled edge. and aluminum, so there way better than stock in every way

Will any other Yamaha Sport Quads front hydralic brakes mount to the Blaster? Like the Banshee, Raptor 660, Warrior, and YFZ450. Thanks

Bradley, how come when you order a-arms they ask what year? I heard its because of the brakes. So i have asr a-arms will stock 04 blaster brakes bolt up?

i dont know why they ask what year, it dosent matter one bit.

raptor 660 brake parts bolt right up, but you still need to use the 2003-2006 blaster spindles

the hyd brakes off of a 91 and up banshee will work on all years blaster. you just have to get all the parts such as, spindles, hubs, calipers, mastercylinder etc.

keep with the 2003-2006 blaster spindles top keep the steering geometry correct

I happen to have like brand new raptor spindles, hubs, calipers if your interested $175 + ship I think I have in the for sale section :)
