300ex chain help!!!

My chain on my 2002 300ex keeps popen when i ride it always tight but it still pops.

Is your axle moveing side to side? When you sit/stand on the machine how tight dose the chain get? You have a case saver right? Are you riding the machine hard when it pops?

well my chain is just right when i get on it its always tight when i get reddy to go riding and ill get down to the tral and itt will pop no the axle is not moving back and forth and i ride it like ur apost to ride it...... i got a hole new axle and every thing for x-mas so iam going to try that put it had brand new sprokits and new chain idk whats up with it

Make sure your swing arm skid plate hasn't bent up. Mind did that after hitting a couple big rocks on the trail and the chain was dragging across it and it sounded terrible. I just pounded mine back down and it fixed it. Just jack the rear tires off the ground and turn them, you'll hear it grinding if that's your problem. Check it out, it's worth a look.

i have no swing arm skid plate ..... the end. ill try it and see amd then get back to u .

You need to replace the clip that locks the front sprocket into place. Just had the same problem this past ridding trip.
