Yes, you will need to rejet with the new cam.

As long as the bars are 7/8" they will bolt onto the stock clamp.

I have that kit and it does not include the pilot jet. If I had to do it again I'd go to the Honda dealer or www.servicehonda.com and just buy the jets I need.

Good luck

No the Dynojet kit does not come with a pilot jet. Buy them seperate. There is a very nice how-to jet somewhere on this forum, just do a search. It will "instruct" you. I would go with a 42 size pilot jet. It will help idle and cold starting.

Good luck

zrpilot- i looked at that jet kit and someone told me that it has jets sized to the same size as Keihin jets... is that true? Also, how good do those stainless steel allen head bolts work? Can u just replace the bolts for the carb bowl or are there more bolts you could replace? Because the screws on the stock carb strip so easily.

It depends on which jet kit your talking about. The Jets-R-US kit is the same as stock Keihin jets. However the dynojet kits use a different numbering system for the same sized jet.

The screws are meant for the carb bowl only and solves the problem you mentioned, stripping out. They work good by the way!

Good Luck
