going to sound like a moron but whats a swing arm bearing. or a swing arm. i was told i need new ones. is this important?

the swing arm is the loong tubular peice in the back of the bike that holds the axle. YEs it i simportant if u NEED a new swingarm. why did they tell u, u needed a new 1?

The swingarm is the red object that says "Laeger's" on it.

The swingarm pivot bearing are were the blue arrow is pointing and the axle bearing are held in a axle carrier and go were the green arrow is pointing. Hope this helps your problem out.

Yes, alot. thanks, but what would couse needing new bearings? and also the guy who looked at this for me pointed the the middle of it, right where you green aero is, and when he pushed on my seat it was making sum fuc*ked up noice everytime, and hes like yea you need new "swing arm bearings" im like okay lol.......one more thing for 400exRacerX, what kinda tires you have on ur bike???? they look good, like could you tell me kinda a tire and size? maybe what u paid for them but u dont have to say if you dont want to

Titan turf tamers, 18-11-8 I get them 30% off at my local dealer but I believe they retail for about 35 bucks a tire. I reccomend running them on 8 inch beadlocks and for motocross track racing/riding only.

why do you say ONLY racing? they would work awesome on trails right??

If your going to be Riding Trails you may want a Tire that has a higher Ply Rating.

no they do not work to well for trails because they will get packed up in mud and turn into slicks. plus they 18s are kinda small for trails

i run 18 inch turfs on trails all the time haha... i never got a flat yet but i do bottom out all the time!... get 20 inch turfs for trails they hook up geat in all conditions! and they are cheap....

they also wear faster than most on trails

when it gets real muddy, turfs are useless, grooving helps some ive heard

that is the last thing you want to do is groove them that makes the ear faster than they already do the only reason i would do that is if i was racing MX
